KEDA IP provides specialized IP support to the following customers:

  • Businesses have a desire to protect intellectual property. Accordingly, as the Industrial Property Rights, Crop Varieties, Copyright, and Related Rights Representative Organization, KEDA IP will represent enterprises before the competent state authorities in determining the rights to intellectual property that enterprises wish to protect in Vietnam and in all countries of the world;
  • Businesses need to manage intellectual property according to a rigorous, efficient, and business-friendly process. Accordingly, KEDA IP will provide in-depth professional support services such as: training employees in the enterprise on general IP knowledge; identification of intellectual property; and proper protection of the IP rights holders of the enterprise; building management and operating systems to effectively manage intellectual property in the business;
  • Businesses that need to be commercialized exploit the value of intellectual property. Accordingly, KEDA IP will provide advisory services on asset valuation, assess the appropriate and effective forms of commercialization for each type of intellectual property in the enterprise, search for the right partners for the business in each project of commercialization of intellectual property, and develop domestic and foreign markets.
